Keep getting error messages

I really need help on this problem..Everytime I try to
open up my yahoo mail I always get the same messages.
Explore has caused an error in <unknown>
Explorer will now close
Then I'll get these messages which always vary but almost
always the same
IE4uinit has caused and error in Kernel32.DLL
IE4uinit will now close
Iexplore has caused an error in Kernel32.DLL
Iexplore will now close
Dlimport has caused and error in Kerel32.DLL
Dlimport will now close
These messages are starting to drive me crazy!
I have done everything possible that I know of from
reinstalling yahoo, to reinstalling internet explorer, to
updating windows and nothing has helped.
Any advice that you can give me will be greatly
appreciated.

Hi,
try to update all applications with the Windows update,
and try to verify if you have installed SP1 on XP.
