keep copy of mail sent from outlook on web based server

I use outlook 2003 when at home, but leave copies of all received mail on the
web based server so I can access them from any location. When I send mail
from outlook, I also wish to be able to access this mail from the web based
server. Is there any way of doing this?
thanks

Not when you use POP3 as the POP3 mail protocol supports mailbox download
only and no uploads.
Ask if your provider supports IMAP as well.
Other methods is to get a provider which offers Hosted Exchange or use
Windows Live Hotmail with the Outlook Connector instead.

Thanks. Unfortunately my email provider is POP3 only not IMAP.

I guess I could cc myself into all emails I send...? is there any way of
configuring outlook 2003 so this happens automatically. I'm sure I'll forget
to cc myself into all emails.

thanks

That's one of the available outgoing rules. Tools>Rules and Alerts>New
Rule>Start from a blank rule>Check messages after sending>Next. Click Next
again and answer Yes to the prompt that states the rule will apply to all
messages. Check the "Cc the message to people or distribution list" action,
click "people or distribution list" in the lower pane, and enter your mail
address or select it from the Contacts list. Click To, then OK. Click Finish
or click Next twice to be able to name your rule and then click Finish.
