I am developing a form letter for students using two tables. Table one has
their address data the second table theri class grad data. I want everything
to be inclided on one page. I have tried placeing the page break in different
locations but the class/grade data keeps moving to a new page.

Example if a student is taking three classes their first class will apear on
the first page with the letter, but the next two classes move to seperate
pages. I have the Keep together in the properties set to one page but that
does not seem to help.

I am using Access 2003. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You should be able to set the Force New Page property of the Student Group
Footer section to "After".

You shouldn't have to use any pagebreak controls.

Also you never suggested whether or not the records should all be able to
fit on one page.

Thank you, will try this.
