Keep a presentation from pausing when focus is lost

Hi all,

I'm trying to open and run power point presentations from a C# application.
So far I'm able to open the presentations but when focus is lost the
presentation pauses. As I understand it, this is the default behavior of
power point. I'd like to override this so that all power point presentations
opened by my application will play through regardless of focus.

Is this possible? If so, can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Thanks for the info Bill. I've noticed you offer this advice to others but
I'm not really looking for a retail product. I'd like to do this by altering
a property in the presentation if possible. Or are you saying this can only
be done by creating an add-in such as PowerShow?

You could contact the add-in's author for some pointers on how to do this
sort of thing. He is an MVP and often helps people here in the newsgroups
as well. To the best of my knowledge, there is no property setting that
allows for this sort of behavior from within PowerPoint.
