Keenval.P +Remover tool?

I'm trying to find a removal tool for Keenval.P as i can't get it
uninstalled. Tried switching off system restore and running a check,
and also tried switching it back on to no avail. Also cannot delete
manually, any ideas or tool that i can get?!

i can find no vgrep hist for Keenval.P specifically but there are a
number for Keenval (without the variant specifier) at
http://tinyurl.com/7yq7y ... perhaps following one of the links there
will lead to a removal tool or removal instructions that will work for
your variant...
