KCC errors

Have started getting KCC errorson my RID master. States
it can not contact other DC. DNS lookup failure. Error
codes are 1311 and 1566. I can ping each server by name
and the _ldap and _kerbos records are created in AD both
are SP3. Anyone seen this before and have some thoughts?

This can have a number of causes, unfortunately. In my domain it was caused
by the RestrictAnonymous value in the registry being set to 2 on one of the
DC's. (Thanks to an overzealous and inexperienced security admin...) But
if nothing has changed in your environment, I doubt this is the problem.
