kb925902 breaks Savin LAN-fax driver

Good afternoon.
Please let me know if this is not the appropriate group for this
question.

The latest update (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=925902) seems to
have broken our Savin LAN-fax driver. Any user that attempts to print
or send gets bluescreened. There is a hotfix for a known dll issue
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448/). I downloaded that and
installed it after re-installing the original update. It did not solve
the problem.

Any thoughts?
 
the Graphics team that provided the fix is investigating this.
