Does any have the HOTFIX which patches KB918899 IE6 crashing problem..
Microsoft seems to want us to pay for support for a problem which their
cumulative update to IE causes.
I don't know where you got that info but it is incorrect. Hotfixes are
always free.

OK, I didn't read below the link in your post. They don't have separate
phone numbers. You make the call then tell them you need the fix for article
ID such-and-such and the charges are waived.
