I can't install this update. Does anyone know why this might happen. I am
using Windows 2000 Professional. Thanks...Sam

but be sure to tell them what happens when you try.

If SpySweeper is installed, then temp disable the Internet Explorer
Shield. If SpySweeper is not installed, suggest downloading the update,
save it to disk, close IE.

Restart the system to Safe Mode and then install it.

Spysweeper is the problem. Shut down the IE shields and it installs. FINALLY!

If SpySweeper is installed, then temp disable the Internet Explorer
Shield. If SpySweeper is not installed, suggest downloading the update,
save it to disk, close IE.
