KB867801 - missing security lock lock

I installed the KB867801 on Friday and the security lock icon on secure web pages no longer appears. I have XP pro and IE 6. I have made not other changes. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
 
I applied the latest patch to XP Pro and IE 6 and I see the lock icon ("SSL
Secured 128 bit) when I go to my Paypal account web page and my bank web
page. Hope this helps.

Could you give me an ID or link to the "latest patch" you reference. I too
have lost my security lock icon after the KB867801 download. Thank you.
