Kaspersky support

I can't install this (due to a virus/rootkit). I emailed Kaspersky about
this several days ago, but they haven't responded. I read on the Wilder
site that Kaspersky has excellent support. Anyone have any feedback?

When I was using Kaspersky about a year or so ago, I would get
responses within minutes, regardless of the time of day either in the
USA or in Russia, weekday or weekend.

You might check on which e-mail you selected - I used both
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed)

That is a good suggestion. Also make sure you don't have any spam filters
that may be blocking their replies. Enable a read receipt for good measure.

I used info@, from their web site. Will try support@.
