Kaspersky Online Scan: How Comprehensive?

Upon completion, I'm getting:

No malware has been detected.
The sections that have been scanned are CLEAN.
----------------------------------------------

Sounds good, but am I getting Kaspesky's best shot?\

i.e. Is it just a virus check, or are they looking
for other types of malware?

All types. While much spyware/adware detections are included, it's
still a good idea to use specialized scanners such as AdAware and
Spybot.

I tried the online scanner a few weeks ago and didn't notice that if it
had a clean function at all.
