kASPERSKY, horrible tech support

Those guys are ****en pathetic. They are stalling with my virus issue as they probably dont have a fix. Why don't some anti virus companies have manual removal tools on their website? If I am infected and they dont offer me these tools i wont buy their product again in the future.

Some companies do have manual removal tools. Is your bitch just with
Kaspersky? You're not making yourself well understood.
