Kaspersky desactivate at booting

When I start my computer (booting) my AV Kaspersky 3.5 is desactivate. I
have to check each time the "active" box, it's the first time that it
happen after may years. I aslo update my virus list almost every day.

Is this a virus???

So you can update. But you haven't mentioned doing a scan of your
drive(s). Have you? Have you tried doing a full drive scan in Safe
mode? If so, and if KAV seems to be working ok when run on-demand, I'd
say it's very likely that the problem isn't known malware. As I
understand you, your AVP monitor isn't being auto-started as usual
when you boot up into Windows. I dunno why that would happen, but
perhaps the simplist thing for you to try is to reinstall KAV, making
sure to select the AVP monitor option.
