Hi,
Is anyone running Kaspersky anti-virus with their Vista beta 2 install? Any
problems?
thanks,
Chip

Not sure about Kaspersky working with Vista...but eTrust AV is working and
so is Avast, both of which can be downloaded for free (eTrust is free for
one year I believe)

EZ TRUST DOWMLOADS BUT Does not work. Seems that the program can not
connect to the internet to download updates and also when if there is a
virus, it can not clean cause some of the functions stop working in vista and
there are no solutions. Seems that many anti-virus programs can't totally
work in Vista. Why did not Microsoft put in safe guards??

Trend-Micro AV 14.xxx is definitely working in Vista Beta 2, but it is a
hefty download (87mb, plus over 20mb of updates right off the bat). I only
suggest going that way if you have a powerful connection (at least
1.5mb/sec).

Kaspersky tells us right on their website that they are working on a Vista
AV, and it will probably be ready by the time Vista RTM is released. They
have not yet released a public beta, however.

BitDefender also currently has a beta program for BitDefender 10. Find out
about it, and sign up, at their website.
