I am having the STOP 0000001E KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
message appearing on my computer. The other information is

has occured most frequently

0000001E(0xC0000005, ED11455F,0x00000000,0x0000000C)
0000001E(0xC0000005, ED100003,0x00000001,0x00000000)

There is no mention of any drivers or other information
Windows 2000 5.00.2195 SP4, Intel Pentium P4 1.70GHz, 768
Mb memory.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.
Now using Norton antivirus and have been using McAfee.
Kmode occurred using both. I am also getting a problem
with my mouse hanging (logitech cordless and iTouch
keyboard. Downloaded the current drivers today and
installed them. Still getting mouse die-ing and 1E
(0xC0000005,0xEB53470B,0x0,0xC). Memory seems not to be
the problem as I have changed that too. Might be the
processor - bought Intel processor and board
thinking 'must be good!'. I think that I have read that
the addresses might give some clue but I do not know where
to find more information. Any further help would be
appreciated.

When the mouse hangs, I can still recover my work using
the keyboard.

regards,
Tony
