totaly crash..

I can't do anything ;-(( I've to reboot and to format again my HD and
install again windows XP :(((

-I've updated the bios of the motherboard
-I've tryed many different driver...

is anybody have a solution ?

Did you try installing the latest chip set driver from Nvidia?
That includes the net work driver.

.. I've tryed .. same probleme. I think my motherboard is corrupt... :((((

many thanks for your help Jim.

make sure you log in as administrator in XP, and also in the bios, select
non plug and play OS, and reset escd data.

Try installing only the driver portion, NOT the Nvidia firewall. The Nvidia
firewall installation can get a little dicey at times.
