That's the instance of svchost that runs all the miscellaneous (a long
list of) network services. For a list of the services run, get
Process Explorer (free) from
<http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/procexp.shtml>, where the
Properties for any process in question will give you such information
and more.
