JV16 power tools v1.3

My copy has apparently timed out.
When I try to launch the program, I get the following window's alert:

"It seems that you are using a very old version of this program, please
visit www.jv16.org to get a new version"

I close the alert, and that's it, the program won't launch.

HELP please,

1.3.0.196 timed out at the end of 2003. The previous version below doesn't
expire:

Download v 1.3.0.195 ( 2175 KB ) (jv16pt_setup.exe )

Do you install this over top of 1.3.0.196 or remove that version first?

When you go back a version in any software, it's always best to
completely uninstall the existing software first.
