Is there ever a cure to stop junk e-mail coming through to your computer
(Via e-mail). I know there is quite a lok of things you can do to stop junk
e-mail coming through.

1st tip : Never, ever use your e-mail adress in the header of you
posting on usenet unless you like in the future to receive tons of spam
and a few 100 microsoft patches :-))

I don't know of any single solution to the problem. Over the years I
have built up methods that keep out almost all junk mail.

I use Agent with filters to kill all non text messages and leave any
big messages on the server. Then I use POP3 Scan Mailbox to delete
anything left on the server that is not sent directly to my addresses.
