I had the misfortune of installing the new Logitech Setpoint control panel,
which seems to be growing with every release. The current v3.30 puts two
programs in the MSConfig startup list: KHALMNPR.exe and Setpoint.exe, taking
up 6 MB and 22 MB, respectively, all just so I can get the friggin tilt
wheel working in games.

The new Logitech Setpoint software is out of control. It's a frackin
pointing device! The entire driver and control panel package should be under
1MB. What really sucks for me is that I've gotten so used the middle-mouse
button being a "double-click" that I don't want to give it up, and the only
way to get it is to use setpoint :(
