I was trying to repair IE because of the MS virtual
Machine junk going on. I thought I needed a different
version of IE because many of the sites i once visited
will no longer display correctly and say I need to enable
Java in my browser. So begins my troubles.
Thinking I needed to get a newer version of IE I
downloaded IE and some updates. I then uninstalled IE
thinking I would reinstall from the downloads. When I
uninstalled IE my system did an automatic reboot and now
will not boot into windows.
I get the following: "The procedire entry point
AssocIsDangeruos could not be located in the dynamic Link
Library." And it also says the msgina.dll is missing.
I don't have a way to access the Windows XP Pro disk and
extract the .dll's mentioned because I don't have a WinXP
start disk and the file system on my hd is ntfs.
Any help would be appreciated.
If needed replys can be sent to my hotmail account.
