just received 50 new mail ?

Now I use vista mail to receive my office mail from Novell groupwise server
but it
just can get recent 50 new mail ,not all new mail .
Please help me ,thanks !!!

Not at all conversant with your Novell system, but the symptom points to the
setting at tools>options>read>remove the checkmark from 'get 50 headers'?
