Just published and all the internal links are not working!

I have just published my website (FP 2003).
But what a disappointment! All my internal links (and the links in the jump
- to menus) are not working!
What did I do wrong?

The links with in the text are like this:
http://www.developserenity.com/Clinical_Indications.htm
with upper case letters,
but the actual file name is all lower case letters.
http://www.developserenity.com/clinical_indications.htm

Make sure the links actually match the file name case.

Hi Steve,

It is so simple to correct my mistake (I feared worse) and yet so much work!
I have 2733 internal links!

Download an addin named Case Changer from
http://jimcosoftware.com/addins.aspx. This will go through your web
site and change all file and folder names, and the links to them, to
lower case.
