Just installed the software last night. Been having
problems with IE, with spam, and my spyware software
wasn't capturing it and removing it. I used microsofts
antispam software last night and it removed all the spam,
trojans, cleaned the registry and showed me in advanced
features what toolbars attached themselves to IE. And it
updated itself just fine last night. Only problem I'm
having is with IE itself and can't seem to find right
answer. It always says when I play pogo games that I have
a pop up blocker on that I need to disable and I don't
have any of them on, except yours and the problem has been
happening for months and months. I can't seem to get into
pogo game rooms, because IE always blocks that window from
opening by saying Whoah, look like I have a pop up blocker
installed. If you could help with that problem, I'd be in
heaven. Thanks.

Are you running Windows XP with Service Pack 2? Also check under Realtime
Protection > Blocked Events in Microsoft AntiSpyware.

Yes, I am running windows xp,sp2, aol 8.0, ie v6. and
antispyware is not blocking anything right now. I had it
delete any spam and virus's it found. The problem started
with IE back when I switched from sunjava to msvm, and
loading sp2. Can't figure out what is blocking the 3rd
window from opening up in pogo. it always gives me a
whoah looks like you have a pop up blocker on, which I
have IE's turned off, and also turned off AOLs pop up
blocker so I have no idea what pop up blocker is blocking
me. I've ran the web tests on my java and it is working
fine. I wanted to reload IE but did a check last night on
ms website to see if my software was still in original
config, it ran, but didn't say anything after it ran so I
figured I was alright. Looks like a new version of IE is
coming out this summer and hope it can fix my problem
because both AOL and Pogo have been no help to me, and I
can't play any games on pogo that require me to go into a
private room because I am blocked from doing so.

LOL.... you are undoubtedly using AOL software. You might try junking that
garbage and getting a decent provider. ")

Did you disable Microsoft AntiSpyware from the Notification Area (System
tray) to see if that solved the problem?

So have you added pogo's web site to the exceptions list for the popup
blocker in Internet Explorer version 6?
