Just installed Outlook 2002, can't open Inbox

I just installed Outlook 2002 and I can't open the Inbox. All I can see is
My Computer and it won't let me configure e-mail addresses. What did I do
wrong? I have never had this happen before, Outlook always loaded and
started fine. Do I need to re-install?
