You need to install the update. Go to Help--> Check for updates and let the
website scan your computer. It will come back with at least one update that
you need to download and install. If the problem re-occurs after the
installation, let us know :)

Did you download it or did you *install* it from a purchased CD?

Hi Sonia:

I installed it from the second CD that came with my Office XP
programs: "Version 2002 Media Content."

The file is J0339630.wmf. If you do a "File Find" on the CD you'll
find it buried deep in one of the subdirectories.

Also, I found two other MS mouse arrow clips on the MS web site, but
they're much more difficult to work with. This clip was easier.

When I installed Office XP, I chose to install all the MS clips on the
second CD. I have many clips to choose from and this reduces my
search time at the MS web site and Google.

Did you reply to the wrong message? I was asking the question of Sandra.
I'm confused.

Yes, so was I.

I was replying to Bruce Re: Animated pointer during slide show.

Your message came in right below the thread and I assumed you were
replying to me and asking where I got the MS Arrow clip.

Sorry for the confusion.

And Bruce, if you have or can get the file I mentioned, you can make
that mouse pointer look just like it's for real using the right
animation.
