Your message is somewhat confusing...
are you trying to upload an image to a
site called ImageShack? Or are you trying
to copy an image from ImageShack to
another site?

If you simply wish to show someone an
image that is already posted on a website
you could try the following...

Right click the image and from the menu...
choose...Properties. Copy the URL...
(found to the right of "Address:(URL)"...
and paste the URL in your message.

I prefer to use the "friends" option

Just copy and paste the URL

Alternatively, to include it in the post itself, find the help button on the
forum and look into the codes. If it's BBCode there's likely also an
tag that you can use.

Animated images should be still functional (if done properly) in forums. If
that was the question. If it was referring to my general opinion on them, I
think they're bloated and slowed my surfing down too much back in the mid
1990s and I don't like them as much as I don't like bloated flash that's
required for site navigation. Or if you meant that there was some sort of
image animation at that site that you linked to, it didn't seem to animate
here. Then again, we all know my image skill level. <g>
