Just a suggestion for Vista

The "run as administrator" item is a good thing to have for setup files as
it allows you to make a choice when installing programs, and it's easily
found by right clicking the file.

However I find it a little annoying when I download a program and save it to
the desktop.
That when the download completes it shows me the dialog box without an
option to let me run it as administrator.
The annoying part of this is that I have to first click on "close" and then
right click the file to be able to run it as administrator. It would be much
easier if the "run as administrator" option was available from the "download
complete dialog box"

This is merely a comment it would be interesting to see how others feel
about this.

Yes I think it's a pretty good idea. The concept of having the ability to
run things as administrator is great but it would be better if it was
integrated in every senario, I've been using vista since may and it's really
not much of a hassle to me becuase I know where to find it. But for new
users that buy vista when it goes on sale it might be a little confusing
seeing it's missing from some dialogs

It probably won't be changed before vista gets released, but as far as i'm
concerned it would be a great update.

Done !
I have submitted the idea through feedback thanks for the link I might post
a few more suggestions.

umm Colin,
Did I miss something, or are those products in that dropdown menu above
Vista, actually out?
and what do they have to do with making a suggestion foran application in
Vista?
lol
I do like the football scoreboard idea; or it would be cool to see the
Chinese screensaver!!!!
