It's a stupid question, but I'm new at replacing parts of my computer.
If I replace my power supply do I lose anything? Like my os,and
anything in the memory?

Thanks,chera

You loose the contents of the memory every time the computer is turned off.
The information saved on your computer is stored on the Hard Disk Drive as
are any programs you have installed and your Operating System

If the power supply is replaced correctly you will not loose the contents of
your Hard Drive and next time you turn on your computer it will boot as
normal.

No, all drive content is retained. Anything in main system
memory is lost every time you turn the system off, has
nothing to do with replacing a power supply but is a regular
event.
