Within 90 days of purchase, DVD-COPY-RIPPER Soft will accept the return of
any single user license product purchased from our online store for a
refund. To receive a refund, please us with the following information:
Your name
The product you are returning
Your order number (if you have it)
The reason for the return
Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will send you a Letter of Software
Destruction. That Letter must be completed and returned to DVD-COPY-RIPPER
Soft no later than 30 days from the date that DVD-COPY-RIPPER Soft sends
it to you. (Note: Products purchased from sources other than
DVD-COPY-RIPPER Soft' online store must be returned to the company where
they were purchased and are subject to that company’s return policy.)
After we receive the signed Letter of Software Destruction, the refund
process takes two to three weeks. You will be refunded by the same method
as your payment.
