Hello
Using Outlook 2002 SP-2, Windows 2000 V5 SP-3 on an MS Exchange Server.
I receive quite a bit of spam each day and when a message arrives in my
Inbox that is obviously spam I add it to my Junk Senders list and run the
Junk Senders rule to move the offending message(s) to my Deleted Items
folder. This method worked very well until recently. Now every external
message that comes in is automatically being deleted.
I have checked the Junk Senders list to make sure no genuine addresses had
been added to it and they haven't. Have I perhaps overloaded the list and
made it malfunction???
I would really appreciate any help with this. Obviously my main worry is
that I will miss an important email because it as been deleted. I just came
back from a week's holiday and found over 200 external emails in my Deleted
Items which I then had to sift through manually. So any advantage to using
the Junk Senders facility has been lost on me!
Thanks in advance
