I've noticed that more spam has been reaching my Outlook 2003 Inbox. Is
there a way to update the anti-spam logic? Perhaps a service pack? Or does
Outlook do this automatically?

Thanks,

Craig Buchanan

Hi Craig,

Thanks for your posting here.

You can click Tools ->Options in Outlook 2003 and select high level Junk
emails filter.

Another suggestion would be to add the user to the Junk senders list or
create a rule for these Junk emails.

In addition, you can also download and install the Client version of the
Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail Filter: KB832333 package now.

Bob, maybe you haven't noticed all the complaints that the junk mail filter
actually performs worse with this update than without it?

In general, you can get better result if you set the junk mail filter to
High if it was not there before. In addition, we can also try some third
party anti-spam tools.

Wish the information helps.
