I am giving Vista mail a shot. And so far its doing "ok". But I have run
into a problem. When I get the mail, and it sends some over to "Junk Mail",
and I go to Junk Mail, and tell the program that a certain mail is not Junk,
it deletes the message rather than send it to the "Inbox". So the mail is
lost.

Any ideas?

Do you have the Inbox set to hide read messages? When WinMail moves them to
the Inbox (or wherever your rules put it) it assumes you have read the
message and marks it as read. I find that quite annoying.

Well, the mail goes to the Junk folder. Then I need to tell it that its not
junk. Then when I tell it that its not junk by hitting the "not junk"
bottom, POOF, its gone, no where to be found.

When you click "not junk" WinMail marks it as read and moves it to the
proper folder where your rules would have put it. Is your Inbox set to hide
read messages?
