junk filter settings

Whenever I reboot or reopen Outlook 2003 SP2 (WinXP SP2), the junk filter
setting reverts to LOW even tho I set it to HIGH.

Any clues?

Have you tried a new mail profile?

Didn't help. Even if i copy over a PST file from a computer that does
remeber, Outlook still doesn't remeber. Is the action stored separately? in
the registry? Or?

The PST isn't the profile. Did you create a new profile in Control Panel's
Mail applet?
