Hello:
Don't know what version of outlook you have, but in v2000,
you can go to tools->rules wizard to set rules for what
you want to do with the mail given certain criteria. Its
an easy wizard type of app where you just check boxes and
enter in the info.
The other way is when in the inbox, go to views->current
views->customize current view. The automatic formatting
tab is where you can set the color based on email
characteristics. Make sure the check box is checked, and
the color you want is displayed. If that doesn't work,
then the email is not being identified as junk, and you
may need to adjust the criteria used to determine if it is
junk (name in subject line, contains key words, send to
multiple people, etc), or add a new filter (click the add
button), or use the first procedure above.
