junk email

I can not get the junk email stop even after i put the sender and senders
domain on list
 
Putting senders on the Safe List will mean nothing if they are in the
Blocked Senders list, or a message rule. Look there and remove them.
 
I have listed a lot of senders in my blacked sender's list and they still
keep coming. They are not not in my safe sender's list either.

If you check the message source of these messages that make it to the
Inbox, they will probably have a different address than any in Blocked
senders. Spammers change the addresses constantly. The best way to
eliminate most of your spam from the Inbox id to filter in your mail.

OR message rules apply to WinMail.
