junk email folder

In Microsoft Outlook Help, it says "Outlook creates a
folder called Junk Mail where you can move junk email and
then review it before deleting it." But I can't find how
to create this folder. Do I just make a new folder and
name it junk email, or is there a function that
automatically creates the folder?

In Outlook 2002, the folder is called "Junk", not "Junk Mail". Do you
have that folder? If not, you can simply create one by that name.
Maybe you deleted it before. It is created when you define a new
information store (i.e., .pst file). Or maybe you are using Exchange
for the mail server and didn't tell us.
