JUNK e-MAILS

After I subscribe in this newsgroup conversation, I start
getting automated e-mails to my e-mail account. This is
my company's e-mail, How can I stop getting this e-
mails???
The e-mails are from:
1>[email protected]
2>[email protected]
3>Virus detected e-mail.

Pl. take me out.

with the swen virus, there isn't much
 
There are two things you can do - (1) download a spam
detection program, Mailwasher and/or Spybot, both are
free and you can find them on the Internet using Google.
(2) Change your E-mail address which includes numbers and
does not include your name, but make sure that you
inform everyone who needs to know your new address.

What he means is that a number of viruses harvest email addresses from these
groups and then use them.

Also humans also harvest the email addresses from these Newsgroups and use
them to send spam.

You need to use a fake address or accept that your gonna get spammed.

Any posts you have made are already archived all over the world with your
email address.

just try http://groups.google.com and search on your name
