Is there a way to filter out emails by the name after the @ symbol and
wildcard everything before that. Reason being, many companies create
hundreds of user names to send off their mail, would be difficult to trap
them all.
eg. (e-mail address removed). Filter any message from @xyz.com. Done deal.

Thanks

Yes. Whenever you get a junk message, add that sender to the junk senders
list. Then, go to the junk senders list, double click the new offender, and
strip off everything to the left of the @ symbol. I've heard that you
should take off the @ symbol too, but it works for me leaving it on, and it
makes the new spammers easier to find in the list (they're always at the
bottom.)

One more tip from me. I went to a website (the URL has long since left my
brain) and downloaded a list of about 35,000 known spammers. I imported
that list into an Access database and used a few queries to group them by
domain, then strip off all of the front ends. That left me with about 8,000
blocked spam domains that I added to my junk senders list. (The junk
senders list is just a .txt file.)

Of course, there are still plenty of new ones everyday, so constant
maintenance is the key.
