junk e-mail safe list

I have my Junk e-mail filter set to "Safe list only", however, recently spam
is getting into my inbox. I also tried the "high" setting and it is about
the same.
 
Check to see whether your own email address is on the safe recipients list. If it is, then you'll get every piece of spam sent to it in the Inbox.
 
Dear Sue,
my name is not in the safe recipients list, but my domain is. This problem
just began occuring a few days ago. It is filtering most but not all junk.

Then take the domain out. IMO, your address and domain should not be on the safe recipients list. That's a sure way to short-circuit almost any anti-spam program.

Dear Sue,
I've taken my e-mail address as welll as my domain out of my safe list and I
still get about 10 junk mails daily. This only began happening about 10 days
ago. Before that, the filter worked almost perfectly. What can I do to
restore it to it glory days?
 
There's a newer update to the filter now; see if that works better. I would not use Safe List Only, but would let Outlook's filter run.
