I have a user that says her junk mail goes to the junk e-mail folder and is
supposed to be deleted ---- however, it is going to the junk folder and I
has to delete it herself. Her settings on the Junk e-mail options is set to
High and there is a check in front of Permanently delete...
Any ideas on how to correct this?
