my IE doesnt want to open an JS Popup. I´m really sure that the link works,
but it doesnt open. The error report says; Access is denied.

First, make sure you don't have any pop-up blocker running - IE's
(Tools...Pop-up Blocker), or any one that's included in toolbars you may
have running (Google's, EarthLink's, Yahoo's, etc.). Second, check your
security settings - Tools...Internet Options...Security tab, Custom - and
make sure you have scripting enabled (or at least prompted).
If still no joy, reinstall your scripting engines -

I´ve installed the script engine and it still doenst work.
Another thing is, that if the user is logged in a domain it works, but i´ve
u are logged in local it doesnt work.
