I am running AVG and it has picked up the above but can not get rid of it.
When I select the Move To Vault option it says it cant be removed. Anyone

Ok, have done all that but AVG still wont let me get rid of it. Anyone
experienced this, I quite desperate to get rid of this trojan quickly.

Well as no one was able to help and a google search was hopeless, I have
just manually deleted all my Temp Internet Files folder files and seems ok
so far!

Did you write down location and name of malware?
Run some online scanners to be sure your clean.
