Can Iinsert jpgs tthat change ie one pic that then changes to another. Sorry
there is probably a word for it bu I hope the above is undersatnadable.

You would have to use javascript to handle this. GIF files can have a series
of seperate images in them to have an animated effect, but JPGs don't. Check
out javascript.internet.com and www.dynamicdrive.com as they should have
some scripts that would rotate through a series of images over time.
