What happens when you double click a .JPG file? If you open My Computer, select Folder Options from the Tools menu,
go to the File Types tab and look at JPE, JPEG and JPG what program doe they have associated with them?

If that doesn't work, run the IE repair tool. This cleared up our JPG issues
with Windows 2000.
