If you are talking about converting a jpeg of text into editable text,
you'll need an optical character recognition program. There is one free one
that I know of: www.simpleocr.com. I have mixed results with this. There are
many shareware and pro OCR programs out that. If you have a scanner, you
might check to see if there is one bundled with the software that came with
the machine, such as OmniPage or Presto Page Manager.
