jpg-object in report dont print

Hello can someone help me. In a report I have a jpg
company sign/logo. In preview all looks alright, but it
dissapears when printing or converting over to rtf(word).
Please help me!!!

Fred:

When exporting to RTF, Access will not export the images such as Jpegs or
many of its graphics objects. There are a couple of options:

Either

a.) Export to a Snapshot format file (non-editable),
b.) Export to a PDF file (very editable),
c.) Stop by www.lebans.com and look at Stephen Leban's report utilities, he
has a tool there that will embed an EMF image of your report into a Word
document (again not very, editable if at all, but it works).

As Steve said exporting to Word is a text only process.
For your second issue, there is code on my site showing how to convert
Jpegs(or whatever) to Bitmaps prior to loading them into an Image
control.
