.jpg files in Image Preview

When I click on a .jpg file in windows explorer it opens
it up in Image Preview which is what I want, But when I
click on another .jpg file it opens it up in a seperate
Image preview window. I want it to open in the same
Image preview window as the first one. I've tried
everything and can not get .jpg's to open in just one
window. My old operating system (Windows ME) would let
me do this.

I am using Windows 2000 pro
 
This is actually a bug in Windows 2000. You might find more on it in the knowledge base. The way is says to work around this issue is nothing more then what I have. So the work around is also a round about way of saying it's a bug.
