JPEGs and Windows DownLoadManagers

Am looking for a new digital camera(dc) so like to download the least
compressed JPEGs available from the dc review sites for examination.

My FreshDownLoadMgr6.2 does not open so have not used any until was
recently disconnected at end of a large JPEG. As a result I have
decided to find out if any download managers(with resume) work with
JPEGs.

Appreciate any experience or tips using them to download JPEGs.
